A micro-collection of micropoetry … just six words (and a word to the scribes)
In last night’s [this morning’s?] twilight moments my creative self was very busy doing what she does … she used the space created by a still mind to stoke the linguistic fire usually reserved for my heart.
I almost convinced myself I was too tired to get up and record the musings swirling about. But having been burned by the “oh, I’m suuuuure I’ll remember this when I wake up” before, I decided to rise and let my linguistic fire shine. I’m sure you poets and scribes out there understand! Don’t put off until tomorrow what you can write today. Because the divine gift of words is like the bee in search of the flower that is ready and willing to open to receive.
Here are a few of the gifts I chose to receive.
Peace & Poetry,
Tonya Marie
